The projet of conversion of the dependencies

After a season full of joy, with a charming B&B booked almost every day, we hibernated during January… Not even had time to wish you a happy new year... It took time to put the house in order, to do small works, and... to rest.

For this new year, we wish you, kind reader, health and happiness. The world is changing, many are worried, yet it's also a chance to build a better world.

At l'accroche coeur, charming bed and breakfast in Alsace, we will once again try to improve our services. Two projects are important to us :

• the imaginary evening, a cultural dinner with foreign guests as well local visitors
• conversion of the dependencies of the house in cinema, meeting room, bedroom and sauna... what a program!

The design of this conversion is completed. We are in the process of costing. The current garage will be changed in an adaptable room :

• either a meeting room (for meetings and training up to 10 people, maybe 12),
• either a home cinema, available for our guests
• either an extra bed and breakfast for peak periods, adapted to the disabled.

Adjacent to this space, a small area to make coffee, and separate toilet for the disabled, shower and locker room for the sauna.

The sauna will be installed at the rear of the pool. It will be accessible from the room. The sauna is available to our guests. We also build a shelter for our bicycles.

The garden will be refurbished and if we have enough money, we will resurface the courtyard. Our dream: a fountain in the middle of the courtyard with benches.

Cars will be parked outside. But there is parking in the street and if the rumors are confirmed, our street will be one way: therefore more security for vehicles parked on the street.

Another surprise is being prepared ... but shhh ... One will still not tell you all in January.
